In early 2020, we acquired a five-story building, in Via Valassina, Milan. The building comprises 1,503 sqm with retail units at ground level and 4 floors with 12 residential units.
The strategy consists of restructuring the common parts and recovering the attic floor.
We exited our investment in May of 2022.
