Abruzzi

In October 2018 we acquired a seven-story terraced building with mixed-use units in Vialle Abruzzi, Milan, situated close to the central station.

Following the purchase, our strategy was to refurbish the common areas and façades in addition to elevating the roof and creating 15 residential units.
